By joining the Helpzy network, professionals agree to the following terms and conditions:
Professionals must provide accurate registration details including identification, insurance and relevant certifications where applicable.
Professionals are responsible for maintaining professionalism, punctuality, respectful communication and quality service standards at all times.
Professionals must inform Helpzy immediately if they are unable to attend a confirmed booking.
Repeated cancellations, no-shows, customer complaints or unprofessional behaviour may result in suspension or permanent removal from the Helpzy network.
Professionals are responsible for ensuring they hold any legally required licences, qualifications or insurance for the services they provide.
Professionals remain independent service providers and are not employees, agents or staff members of Helpzy.
Professionals must provide services safely, honestly and in compliance with local laws and regulations.
Professionals must not misuse customer information, engage in inappropriate behaviour or create unsafe situations.
Professionals introduced to customers through Helpzy must not arrange or continue private services, direct payments or business outside the Helpzy platform without written approval from Helpzy.
Any attempt to bypass Helpzy by directly dealing with customers introduced through the platform may be considered a breach of Helpzy policy.
If professionals or customers choose to continue services or agreements privately outside Helpzy after introduction through the platform, Helpzy will not be responsible or liable for any disputes, damages, injuries, losses, payments or service-related issues arising from such arrangements.
Helpzy reserves the right to suspend, remove or permanently restrict professionals from the platform for policy violations, misconduct, safety concerns or actions that may damage the reputation or trust of the Helpzy network.
Helpzy may update this policy at any time to maintain professionalism, trust, safety and service quality across the platform.
