Helpzy reserves the right to suspend or restrict customers who misuse the platform, behave inappropriately or repeatedly cancel confirmed bookings.

Customers and professionals introduced through Helpzy must not arrange or continue private services, payments or business outside the Helpzy platform without written approval from Helpzy.
If customers or professionals choose to continue services, payments or agreements privately outside Helpzy after being connected through the platform, Helpzy will not be responsible or liable for any disputes, damages, losses, injuries, payments, misconduct or service-related issues arising from such arrangements.
Any attempt to bypass Helpzy by arranging direct private business after introduction through the platform may be considered a breach of Helpzy policy and may result in suspension, removal from the platform or further action where appropriate.
