Helpzy is operated by HELPZY LTD, a company registered in England and Wales.

Helpzy provides an online platform that connects customers with independent professionals and service providers for home, property, personal and lifestyle services.

Helpzy acts solely as a technology platform and marketplace. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Helpzy is not the direct provider of the services listed on the platform.

All professionals using Helpzy operate as independent businesses, sole traders, self-employed individuals or registered companies.

Professionals are solely responsible for:

  • Their qualifications and experience
  • Licences and certifications
  • Public liability and business insurance
  • Tools, equipment and materials
  • Health and safety compliance
  • Quality of workmanship
  • Conduct while providing services
  • Professionals are not employees, workers, agents or representatives of HELPZY LTD.
  • 3. Bookings & Availability

Bookings are subject to:

  • Service area coverage
  • Scheduling
  • Operational capacity
  • Weather or unforeseen circumstances
  • Helpzy cannot guarantee that a professional will always be available at the requested time.
  • Booking confirmations may be changed where necessary due to operational requirements.

Prices displayed on the Helpzy website are provided as guidance only.

Final prices may vary depending on factors including:

  • Pay agreed charges promptly
  • Avoid misuse of the platform
  • Customers must not submit false bookings or abusive requests.

  • 9. Cancellation Policy

Customers and professionals introduced through Helpzy must not arrange private services, payments or agreements outside the Helpzy platform without written permission from Helpzy.

Helpzy accepts no responsibility for any work, payments, disputes or losses arising from arrangements made outside the platform.

  • 11. Limitation of Liability

While Helpzy aims to work only with trusted professionals, Helpzy cannot guarantee the quality, outcome or availability of services provided by independent professionals.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HELPZY LTD shall not be liable for:

  • Property damage
  • Personal injury
  • Delays
  • Loss of earnings
  • Loss of profits
  • Missed appointments
  • Acts or omissions of independent professionals
  • External agreements made outside Helpzy
  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.
  • 12. Reviews & Feedback

Customers may leave honest reviews based on genuine experiences.

Helpzy reserves the right to remove reviews that are:

  • False
  • Offensive
  • Misleading
  • Defamatory
  • Spam
  • 13. Platform Misuse

Helpzy reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any account where users:

  • Abuse the platform
  • Submit fraudulent bookings
  • Behave aggressively
  • Harass staff or professionals
  • Damage Helpzy’s reputation
  • Repeatedly cancel appointments without reasonable cause
  • Breach these terms

The Helpzy name, HELPZY LTD branding, logo, website design, content, graphics, software and marketing materials remain the intellectual property of HELPZY LTD.

No content may be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.

Use of Helpzy is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Users agree that personal information may be processed in accordance with those policies.

  • 16. Taxes & Business Responsibilities

All professionals remain fully responsible for:

  • Income Tax
  • Corporation Tax (where applicable)
  • VAT (where applicable)
  • National Insurance contributions
  • Business registration
  • Licences
  • Insurance
  • Legal compliance
  • Financial reporting

Helpzy does not employ professionals and does not deduct or report taxes on their behalf.
