Helpzy acts solely as a technology platform and marketplace. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Helpzy is not the direct provider of the services listed on the platform.
All professionals using Helpzy operate as independent businesses, sole traders, self-employed individuals or registered companies.

Prices displayed on the Helpzy website are indicative or starting prices unless expressly stated otherwise.
The final price for a service will be confirmed before the booking is accepted and may depend on factors such as the service required, property size, job complexity, time required, materials, location, parking or congestion charges, emergency or same-day appointments, and evening, weekend or bank-holiday work.
The customer should not be required to proceed with a booking until the final price has been communicated and accepted.
Unless otherwise agreed before the booking, the customer and the professional should confirm who is responsible for supplying any materials, parts, products or equipment required for the service.
Any additional material or service-related costs should be communicated and agreed before they are incurred wherever reasonably possible.

Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking, payment for services is made directly by the customer to the independent professional providing the service.
The applicable payment method, payment timing and any deposit requirement will be confirmed before the booking.
Where payment is made directly to a professional, that professional is responsible for issuing any invoice or receipt where applicable.
Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to the Helpzy Customer Cancellation Policy and any booking-specific terms communicated before confirmation.

Helpzy may assist with communication between the customer and the professional and may review the circumstances of the complaint where appropriate.
Customers and professionals introduced through Helpzy must not arrange private services, payments or agreements outside the Helpzy platform without written permission from Helpzy.
Helpzy accepts no responsibility for any work, payments, disputes or losses arising from arrangements made outside the platform.
The professional providing the service is responsible for carrying out the service with reasonable care and skill.
If loss, damage or injury occurs in connection with a service, responsibility will depend on the circumstances, the applicable contract and relevant law.
Helpzy does not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.
